Liam Kinders Contracting is headquartered in Kelowna — about an hour north of Penticton on Highway 97. We work south to Penticton and the broader South Okanagan when the project calls for our specialties: siding, roofing, framing, finishing carpentry, and renovation work.
Our most recent Penticton project was the Okanagan Bat Condo, installed at Penticton Channel Parkway in April 2026 — a community-led build with the snpink'tn (Penticton) Indian Band, Rock On Collective, the Okanagan Community Bat Program, and the City of Penticton. We came on as one of the trades partners.
Every project is personally overseen by Liam. The drive south doesn't change that — when you hire LK for a Penticton project, Liam shows up.
