CLEARED.
CLEAN.
On most builds, the first real day of work is a day with saws. We handle tree removal and site clearing in-house so the first delay of your build isn't waiting on a third party.
Most Okanagan lots need work before a shovel goes in the ground — a hazard tree over a driveway, a stand of pines where the garage is going, or a decade of windfall nobody cleaned up. Having that handled by the same crew that's building the house keeps the schedule honest, the clean-up consistent, and the cost transparent.
What we handle
Hazard Trees
Dead, leaning, or storm-damaged trees too close to a roof, driveway, or neighbouring structure.
Site Prep for Build
Full clearing of the building footprint, driveway run, and any path the excavator needs.
Selective Clearing
Keeping the mature trees worth keeping and taking down only what's in the way.
Stump Management
Grind-out, full extraction, or leave-in-place depending on what's going on top.
Debris Haul-Off
Chipping, cord-wood stacking, or full off-site haul — your site leaves tidy.
Post-Build Tidy
When the build's wrapped and the lawn needs to meet the house — we finish clean.
Done right, not just done fast.
Tree work is where corners get cut — and where someone ends up in the hospital or a roof ends up caved in. We run WorkSafeBC-compliant drops, with proper rigging for anything near a structure, power line, or fence. When an ISA-certified arborist needs to sign off on a specimen tree or a protected root zone, we coordinate that too.
Okanagan municipalities have tree-protection bylaws that vary by district and lot size. Before any saw starts, we confirm what your municipality requires — so your build doesn't stall out on a bylaw letter you didn't know was coming.
