Services / Soffit & Fascia

CLEAN LINES.
DRY EDGES.

The eave is where roof meets wall — and where water, critters, and hot attic air fight their way in. We detail it properly in aluminum, built for a BC climate.

Soffit and fascia do more than finish an eave. Soffit ventilates the attic so insulation can breathe. Fascia carries the gutter and caps the rafter tails. Get either wrong and you invite ice dams, moisture rot, or a family of squirrels. We install both in aluminum — colour-matched, vented where it counts, sealed where it doesn't — across Kelowna and the Central Okanagan.

What we install

Vented Aluminum Soffit

Perforated panels sized for the net free area your attic actually needs.

Solid Aluminum Soffit

Clean, non-vented runs for porch ceilings and closed cavities.

Aluminum Fascia

Pre-finished fascia caps — colour-matched, seamless joints, no rust.

Rodent-Proof Edges

Tight returns and blocked entry points so birds, mice, and wasps stay out.

Drip Edge & Eave Flashing

Metal drip edge and starter flashing that shed water past the fascia, not behind it.

Gutter Integration

Fascia detailed to accept your gutter system cleanly — no compromise on either.

Material Partners

Gentek · Kaycan · Westform · Luxe

We install the lines contractors actually trust in BC. Every brand we carry offers a full colour range with matching trim, fascia caps, and soffit panels — so the eave reads as one clean piece instead of a patchwork.

Not sure which to pick? We'll walk you through the trade-offs — panel thickness, profile spacing, warranty, and colour match to your siding and roof.

The details matter

Where the eave meets everything else

Soffit and fascia are finish work, but they're sitting between four other trades — roofer, sider, gutter installer, and whoever wired the exterior lights. We coordinate that handoff so the edge reads as one deliberate line, not a stack of compromises.

Shake meeting aluminum. Pot lights cut straight. J-channel hiding the field cuts. It's the stuff nobody notices when it's right — and everybody notices when it isn't.
