Why metal, and why now
A properly installed metal roof will outlast two or three shingle roofs. In BC's climate — heavy snow loads in the winter, wildfire-adjacent summers, UV exposure year-round — that longevity matters. Metal sheds snow cleanly, doesn't feed fires, and doesn't degrade in the sun.
It's also quieter, tighter, and more thermally efficient than most people expect. Modern underlayment and insulation details turn metal from "the loud option" into one of the most comfortable roof systems you can own.

Pro Lock
Mechanical-lock standing seam — efficient to install, exceptionally watertight, ideal for steep-slope residential where speed and finish both matter.
Best for: residential re-roofs
Westform 7 / 5 Rib
Exposed-fastener ribbed panel — the value workhorse. Strong, durable, and available in every colour you'd reasonably want. Great for outbuildings and budget-conscious residential.

How we install
- 1. Tear-off & deck inspection
Strip the old roof, inspect and repair the deck. No hiding rot under new panels.
- 2. Underlayment & ice-and-water
High-temp synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water at eaves, valleys, and penetrations.
- 3. Flashing package
Eave, rake, ridge, valley, and penetration flashings installed before panels — not after.
- 4. Panel run
Panels cut on-site for tight tolerance, locked or hand-seamed per the chosen system.
- 5. Final detail & cleanup
Ridge caps, sealants where required, magnetic sweep of the site, and a walk-through.
